My Client specialises in the automotive and motorsports industries; they are looking for a Customer Support Technician to join their growing team!

Main Duties:

* Customer Support

* Issue Resolution

* Escalation and Documentation

* Customer Satisfaction

* Collaboration and Testing

Skills and Experience Required:

* Customer Service experience in a tech background

* Fluent in French

Desired but not essential experience:

* Automotive/Motorsport Industry experience

* Knowledge of GNSS and CAN
