Join a credible player in the beauty tech industry that specialises in developing advanced technology for non-invasive cosmetic treatments. We are seeking a Project Manager to enhance their Research and Development department and strengthen project and program capabilities as they expand their innovative product pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and supervise projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards by developing and updating project schedules and Gantt charts.

Continuously monitor project progress, set deadlines, and identify risks to achieve project goals while managing resource allocation.

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify opportunities for enhancement, document project status reports, and evaluate project successes and challenges to inform future initiatives.

Experience we are most interested in…

Experience in new product development projects within a regulated industry.

Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical/science discipline.

Proven experience in overseeing multi-functional teams and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of development lifecycle models (Agile and traditional) and the ability to blend them for highly regulated medical devices.

Desirable:

Experience with injection molding and tool management.

Change control management experience.

Proven track record of launching products in CE and/or medical territories.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software; project management qualification is a plus.
