Mobile Fabric Technician - Luton & Stevenage
Location: Luton and Stevenage
Salary: £35,000 
Hours – Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a Portoflio of Commercial Office Buildings across Luton and Stevenage. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial or residential building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Fabric Technician currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £35,000, van and fuel card and with a potential route into further career progression and training.

OvertimeDuties:

Basic Carpentry
Painting & Decorating
Basic Carpentry - Door handles, Door frames
Basic lighting
Fixing Furniture
Hanging Pictures & Shelves
Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic)
Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grillesRequirements:

City & Guilds– Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration
