Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding services in a high-profile environment?

Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading FTSE-listed investment management company, committed to operational excellence and creating a safe, welcoming workplace. We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Senior Facilities Manager to oversee our client's prestigious London headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational management of all soft services, including security, cleaning, reception, catering to name a few. Coordinate and manage third-party service providers to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Conduct regular performance reviews with all service partners to ensure service levels are consistently met and improved upon. Carrying out retendering, and benchmarking for all soft service contracts when needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for sub-tenants, attending to any requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Lead facilities-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with H&S teams to implement best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Production and management of the budgets for Facilities Services and Service Charge accounts, ensuring responsible spending within approved limits.

About You

Hold significant experience working as a senior FM professional, ideally within a multi-tenanted corporate building.
Proven experience managing both hard and soft services in facilities management.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence and relationship building.
Health & Safety awareness, with certifications like IOSH or NEBOSH preferred
Experienced in the setting and management of service charge / facilities budgets
Be a strong team player, and have the ability to work independently, solving complex issues
