Role Overview:
You will assist Project Managers and Site Managers with the coordination, scheduling, and administration of construction projects. Strong communication, organisational skills, and experience in construction project coordination are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project schedules and documentation
* Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Track procurement and report project issues
* Assist with valuations, purchase orders, and inspections
* Handle general office admin tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
* 1-3 years’ experience in construction or project coordination
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
