Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | Static Site

Your New Role
* Working on a static site in South West London.
* Responsibilities include service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair on a variety of electrical and building services equipment.
* Perform general maintenance duties such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, and lamp changes.
* Working Monday - Friday - 8am-5pm.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection and 18th Edition IEE Regulations are essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
