What will you be doing?

- Juggling a mixed caseload of family matters like a legal ninja.

- Collaborating with our fun and passionate team to take over the family law world (or at least Hampshire).

- Running cases from start to finish—no, you won’t need to lace up your sneakers, but you will see each case through from the first meeting to the final hearing.

- Hitting realistic, achievable targets—because who needs more stress?

What skills and attributes do you need?

- Technical competence (aka, you actually know what you’re doing).

- 2-5 years of fee-earning experience (we're looking for someone seasoned, but not too spicy).

- A client manner so good, you could charm the socks off a judge.

- A commitment to teamwork, because there’s no “I” in “Family Team” (we checked).

- Dedication to excellent service—because mediocre just doesn’t cut it here.

- IT skills, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office without throwing your computer out the window.

- Initiative and ambition (we’re talking *serious* drive, not just the ability to get out of bed in the morning).

Oh, and if you’ve got experience with legal aid contracts for family work or mediation, we’re already swooning. If not, no worries—we can work with that!
