Finance Assistant – Part Time ‘flexible’ – Maternity Cover 12 months
The Company:
Established in 2008 and based in Oldham, Greater Manchester, Plasma Clean Air Ltd provide solutions and service to manage air, odour and grease within built environments and commercial kitchens.
We provide solutions and maintenance to some of the most recognisable brands within the UK hospitality industry.
We are looking for an organised and experienced person to support our finance division to cover maternity leave. You will have experience working in a finance role and have a methodical and organised approach to work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Daily Bank Reconciliation
* Credit Control
* Purchase Ledger
* Purchasing
* Payroll (working with our external accountant)
* Month End Finance Reports (working with our external bookkeeper)
* Cashflow Management
* Processing Sales Invoices
The Candidate:
* Min 3 years working within a finance role
* Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel
* Working knowledge of Xero accounting software. Knowledge of Unleashed software would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Excellent organisation skills and works well with a team but also able to work alone
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Ability to pay strong attention to detail
