Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join our expanding team within a well-established multi-service law firm based in Cannock. This is a full-time office-based position where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of private client matters, providing invaluable support to clients and the wider team.

Main Tasks & Duties:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will be involved in a range of responsibilities to support the team, including:

Attending client meetings and preparing detailed attendance notes
Liaising with clients to arrange meetings and keep them updated on case progress
Assisting with and progressing the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney
Assisting with the preparation of Probate Applications
Managing the progression of matters, including drafting correspondence to clients on Wills and LPA matters, and supporting Estate administrationExpected Financial Target: £80,000 - £100,000
