Requirements
* 3-5 years’ PQE in employment law.
* Strong experience in handling respondent and claimant cases, including tribunal representation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships effectively.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE cases.
* Advising both employers and employees on a range of employment law issues.
* Representing clients at employment tribunals and preparing cases for hearings.
* Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
* Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and providing strategic advice to clients.
