Oxford and Northampton
Upto £46,000 plus vehicle & benefits package

Your new company

* Is part of a well-established building services contract with a well developed facility management devison.

* High profile contracts within banking, retail and corporate environments

Your new role

* Working in a static role, you will cover commercial sites in and around Oxford and Northampton.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of gas-fired equipment, alongside basic plumbing repairs.

* General building services maintenance as and when required

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to experienced commercial gas engineers who are domestic gas qualified (COCN1, CODNCO1, CCN1).

* You will require an unvented ticket.

* Experience working on commercial contracts.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
