ROLE: Conveyancing Solicitor

LOCATION: Wigan office/Hybrid

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Annual

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion.
Review and draft contracts related to property transactions.
Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
Handle queries related to contracts, legal documents, and other relevant paperwork.About you:

3 years PQE in Residential Property with a strong knowledge in conveyancing
Strong communication skills
Experience in Conveyancing and Property Law.
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law or conveyancing.Benefit:
