Location: Hackney/Waltham Forest Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)
Pay: £23.66 Umbrella
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (Initial Start Date: 14/10/2024 - End Date: 21/04/2025)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Supervisor to lead a team in the Hackney/Waltham Forest area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in carpentry and team management, particularly within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of carpentry projects.
Manage and coordinate team activities.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports using computer software.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders as needed. Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team in carpentry.
Carpentry NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Strong computer skills for managing reports and documentation.
Experience in social housing is preferred.
