About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Solution Architect to design and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. This role involves architecture & design, business process modelling, client collaboration, and technical governance. You will play a critical role in optimizing business processes through Pega BPM and RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and structure scalable automation solutions for end-user computing tools.
* Provide technical leadership for initiatives involving Pega BPM and RPA.
* Implement best practices for architecture, security, and integrations.
* Support development teams in designing and optimizing automation workflows.
* Lead design reviews and resolve complex technical challenges.
Key Skills & Experience:
* 12+ years of experience in Pega BPM and RPA, with expertise in both unattended and attended automation.
* Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification preferred.
* Strong proficiency in integrating Pega with .NET and other enterprise applications.
* Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
* Strong client-facing, negotiation, and communication abilities
