Chef Position Available at Probation Centre (Temp to Perm)

Are you Looking for a Monday to Thursday chef opportunity? Join our team at the probation centre! working 2 site in the week.

Monday and Tuesday The Cottage -12pm to 6pm

Wednesday and Thursday Lightfoot House -9am to 3pm

Position: Probation Centre Chef

Hours: 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm / 9am - 3pm

Shifts: Monday to Thursday - Ongoing

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals for staff and residents at the probation centre for up to 30.

* Work independently in the kitchen

* Ensure food quality and safety standards are met

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Experience as a chef de partie (CDP) or upwards

* Basic DBS certificate required

* Availability to work weekends
