Team Leader
Hours: 24h days – 2 days in 4 days of
(Rolling rota) (£60 for sleep in)
 
As a Team Leader at a children's residential home, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in care, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive, nurturing environment
 
Working at a residential children’s home.

Support the registered manager in running the home.
Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
Responsible for leading the staff/allocating tasks.
Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met 
 
Qualifications and experience:
Level 5 NVQ working with children (Management) (3/4 with a willingness to work towards this)
Experience working with Ofsted
24 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
