As an Lead Mechanic/Driver, you will:

Transport E-Bikes: Collect and relocate e-bikes to and from the workshop to ensure optimal availability throughout the area.
Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on e-bikes to ensure they are safe and functional.
Manage Repairs: Diagnose and repair any issues with the e-bikes, ensuring timely service and minimal downtime.
Supervise Team: Oversee a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage parts inventory to ensure all necessary tools and components are available for repairs.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring bikes are available, functional, and meet customer expectations.
Fleet Management: Track the fleet's condition and performance, reporting any major issues to management.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transportation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Optimise Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of bike distribution and maintenance processes.
Data Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance and repairs, providing regular updates and reports to management.
