Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: up to £26,000

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

Goods receipting
Picking orders and deliveries driven by WMS tasks
Stock storage and replenishment, driven by WMS and utilising LPNs
Packing and wrapping goods in such a way as to best utilise space and prevent stock damage
Forklift operation involving loading and unloading of vehicles and stock locations
Ensuring that all warehouse tasks are completed efficiently
Maintaining housekeeping and H&S standards within the warehouse
Ensuring that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the company’s procedures and requirements
Warehouse Operative Skills:

Flexi forklift licence desirable
Ability to make a positive contribution and work well with the team
Ability to plan and organise own workload and follow clear instruction
Ability to work under pressure to meet business-critical deadlines
Good attention to detail
Good numeracy and IT skills
Good communication skills
Flexible approach to duties and tasks
Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure and the cost of poor quality
This is a physically demanding role and mechanical aids are available.
