Job Overview

Lead and drive wind farm projects, ensuring the highest standards in health, safety, and quality.
Provide technical support and input during the project development phase.
Estimate and monitor project costs.
Create project programs, including wind farm site layout drawings, swept path analysis, and planning/legal drawings.
Manage procurement, tendering, and negotiate design/construction contracts.
Oversee day-to-day management of projects in both preconstruction and construction phases.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management processes.Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in delivering onshore wind, civil engineering, or construction projects.
Detail-oriented, methodical approach with strong process focus.
Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Flexibility to work at various UK sites, including availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
