Our client based in Hungerford is looking for an experienced Senior Baker to work alongside their Bakery team! This is a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for the departmental production, including the smooth operation of production and packaging equipment.

Pay:

* £30,000 - £35,000

Shift:

* 14:00pm to 22:00pm

Responsibilities include (not limited to):

* Support Bakery production planning, production reports and stock takes

* Supervising production operatives

* Deputise for staff if required

* Raw material stock control

* Weighing up, preparing equipment & organising production

* Liaising with Managers to help implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

* Help with the implementation of projects and training

Beneficial Qualifications:

* HACCP Training - preferable

* Health and Safety - preferable

* Food hygiene level 2 - preferable

* Fork Lift Qualification - beneficial

* Ability to lead teams - essential

Requirements:

* Good Communication Skills

* Team Player/Leader

* Numerical and Computer skills

* Experience working in a management or senior role
