Brook Street are working with a well established client based in Marshfield. Due to the steady growth in business they're looking to raise the head count with Audit and Accounts professionals. The ideal candidates would live locally, have experience in external auditing and have their own transport.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality audits adhering to International Auditing Standards and provide non-audit services while coordinating team members for seamless delivery.
Prepare annual accounts with knowledge of UK GAAP (including FRS 102).
Engage in the preparation of forecasts, grant applications, audits, and financial due diligence.
Achieve departmental and individual performance objectives.
Manage client-related tasks such as budgets, WIP, and timely billing.
Maintain the highest technical and professional standards.
Understand client needs and key risks to think strategically, provide additional guidance, deliver results, and manage expectations.
Monitor, control, coach, train, and develop staff to enhance their knowledge and performance.
Act as a role model for department professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:

Fully qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
Experience in Audit and Accounts preparation.
Candidates from newly qualified to Senior Manager level considered.
Own transport required.
