Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist medical company in the recruitment of a Service Coordinator.
Liaising with clients based within hospitals throughout the UK, you will be their main point of contact regarding equipment servicing and repairs. This varied and busy role will involve the following:
* Telephone office support, manning the service department phone lines.
* Engineers’ diary management.
*
* Liaising with customers, logging machine breakdowns, and dealing with customer queries.
* Liaising with service engineers, dealing with queries and field information.
* Efficient utilisation of Service Engineers
* Scheduling of the Engineer’s workload for ‘breakdown’ calls.
* Checking Engineers timesheets/time tracker, ensuring all paperwork is received and saved.
* Processing Service Reports onto internal systems.
* Sending service reports to customers. Overseeing the scheduling of ‘non breakdown’ calls
* Assisting with the planning service and test visits.
* Sending weekly and monthly workload to the service engineers.
* Planning resources (people and parts) for service visits.
* Planning resources (people and parts) for return visits.
* Identifying, ordering, and allocating spare parts to the correct job
We seek candidates with a strong background in administration and customer service. Experience gained within a similar service co-ordination role is advantageous but not essential.
