Are you an experienced Finishing Foreman / Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in a large residential development project? Look no further - we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in Littlehampton!

Key Details:

Job Duration: ASAP to Dec 2024 / Jan 2025

Responsibilities: Overseeing second fix through to completion, snagging plots, managing sub contractors and labour, maintaining a high level of detail

Requirements:

SMSTS certification
CSCS card
First Aid certification
Prior experience in volume residential projects
Excellent eye for detail
Ability to write up snagging sheets and effectively manage laborFast-paced and hands-on work environment
Opportunity to work on a busy site with room for growth and development
