Our Client's specialist Construction team continues to grow, and we are now hiring for a Senior Executive to join them. This role will lead the delivery and client service for a variety of major accounts.
The team, based primarily in London, deliver innovative insurance placements and risk management services for organisations involved in the Construction sector. This dedicated division is the leader in the London Market.
You will be experienced with working closely with large and sophisticated Clients and have the credibility to manage all of their Insurance requirements and to make recommendations to them to improve their risk management.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Executive will include:
Deliver enhanced services and added value to clients
Adopt an entrepreneurial approach and enable the delivery of results from innovative ideas, concepts and product development initiatives
Manage and monitor the day to day operational activities of the team
Support and coach Associates in achieving their goals
Take responsibility for ensuring that effective communication and accountability thrives within the team and that regular team meetings take placeTo be successful as a Senior Client Executive you will demonstrate:
Significant experience in Construction Insurance Broking, managing large Construction accounts
Excellent communication skills
Drive to deliver excellent client serviceIn return you will receive:
