Operations Manager, B&I London, Monday to Friday £60k

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our client's team in London.

In this role, you will be
* leading and coordinating projects across the business
* involved in mobilisations and retention initiatives
* supporting site managers with operational projects
* managing financial targets
* ensuring compliance is undertaken
* keeping to project timescales and updating client and sites where required

Our ideal candidate would have
* Operations Management experience within the Hospitality & Catering industry
* ideally hold Project Management training or qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
* strong understanding of food service within B&I contract catering
* outstanding customer and client focus
* proven experience of managing a team effectively and be able to adapt management style accordingly
* strong interpersonal communication and people skills with the ability to build relationship with clients/Managers/Head Chefs/teams
* exceptional attention to detail
* strong financial acumen
* a genuine passion for food and customer service
