We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Award-Winning client's fun, supportive team based in Hillington.
It is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week),
Responsibilities:
* - Handle customer enquiries over the telephone, face to face and online.
* - Working with customer care management system.
* - Managing customer orders and communicating with customers throughout their purchasing journey.
* - Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of the customer
* - Working in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer issues.
About you:
* - 1 year Customer Service Experience (preferred)
* - Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
* - Forward thinking
* - 'Can-do' attitude
* - Articulate and confident in all channels of communication
