Here at Responsive Personnel we are recruiting for our well established client based in Marlborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for a trainee or experienced agent who is looking for a full-time post with a dynamic and market leading estate agent.

Full Time Position: Viewings Consultant (with Saturdays on a rota basis - day off in lieu following a Saturday worked)

Hours: Week days 8.30am - 6.00pm, Saturdays 9am-4pm

Main responsibilities

• Meeting applicants to show them around available properties meeting their requirements

• Liaising with vendors to gather and provide feedback on viewings

• Assisting in the office with enquiries

Skills required for this role

• The ability to inspire trust from clients

• Good negotiation skills

• Good business awareness

• Tact and diplomacy

• Good problem-solving skills

• Flexibility

• Good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills

• Full clean UK driving licence
