In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring customers receive exceptional service post-purchase. From managing warranty claims to handling after-sales inquiries, your focus on detail and dedication to customer satisfaction will directly impact the customer experience.

Your role will include:
- Handling after-sales and warranty claims: Manage requests with precision and care, ensuring every customer feels valued;
- Collaborating across teams: Work closely with various departments to provide seamless support and resolve issues quickly;
- Leveraging your IT skills: Efficiently record customer details, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Getting involved: Roll up your sleeves and dive into all aspects of this busy, thriving business.

What We’re Looking For:
If you’re someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and has a natural flair for IT and customer care, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A clean driving license and you'd need your own vehicle to get to work
- Proven IT proficiency with a knack for troubleshooting.
- A strong track record in customer service excellence.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing paperwork and communicating with customers.
- The ability to work well in a collaborative setting and a desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer service or after-sales role.
- Relevant IT and customer service certifications.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
