Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Contract: 6 Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Project: Nuclear Defence

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a prestigious nuclear defence project based in Reading. This is a long-term project with an initial 6-month contract, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure in a highly regulated and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and supervising electrical installations, ensuring all work complies with project specifications and safety regulations.
Managing and coordinating a team of electricians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Conducting safety briefings, tool talks, and site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Liaising with project managers, contractors, and other teams to ensure smooth progress and address any issues that may arise.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting electrical issues on-site.
Maintaining all required documentation and reports related to the electrical scope of the project.Candidate Requirements:

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
IPAF (International Powered Access Federation)
JIB (Joint Industry Board) registration
Relevant Electrical Qualifications
Experience in supervising electrical work on large-scale projects, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, defence, energy).What We Offer:
