Office Administrator

THE ROLE:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of their office operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing efficient administrative support to the sales team
Handling incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and friendly responses
Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
Printing dispatch notes and liaising with the warehouse team and delivery drivers
Producing invoicing and packing lists
Exporting documentation and ensuring paperwork is in order

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive and flexible approach to work
Due to company location, a driver would be preferred
