The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Landscaping Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of our prestigious residential and commercial horticultural projects. This is an opportunity to lead some of the most exclusive landscaping projects in London, working with top-tier designers, skilled craftsmen, and discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple high-end landscaping projects from inception to completion.

Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Collaborate closely with designers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve outstanding results.

Lead, motivate, and develop site teams to maintain exceptional levels of quality and professionalism.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

Monitor project performance, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement.

Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in luxury landscape construction and horticulture.

About You:

Extensive experience in managing high-end landscaping projects, ideally in both residential and commercial settings.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping, and project management principles.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.

Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a commitment to excellence.

*

Full UK driving license and relevant industry qualifications preferred.
