75% Sub contractor and 25% Main contractor.

Project Manager requirements:

Managing EWI Package on behalf of a sub contractor replacing EWI on live apartment blocks

SOLID EWI / FACADE BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Liaising with the client and Quantity Surveyors

Creating programmes / procurement schedules

Allocation of labour plus materials to generate increased Profits

Management of 60+ operatives

Implemented Quality management plan to achieve RICS sign off.

SALARY UP TO £90K DOE
