THE ROLE:
- Providing administrative support to three people on an executive management committee
- Providing governance and secretarial support to the main board, the council and the company secretary
- Support the HR manager with administrative tasks
- Greet visitors, book meeting rooms, organise catering and much more.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent PA and office management experience in a small/medium-sized business
- Strong numeracy
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A keen eye for detail
