What You'll Be Doing

Talent Sourcing: Using job boards, social media and our extensive CRM system to find potential candidates for our vacancies
Meeting Candidates: You'll be the friendly face (or voice) candidates meet during their recruitment journey. From the initial application to the interview stage, you'll ensure they have a positive experience.
Conducting Video Interviews: Using the latest tech, you'll conduct engaging and insightful video interviews, helping us find the perfect match for our roles.
Supporting the Recruitment Team: You'll manage applications and assist our recruitment team in creating seamless processes that put candidates first.
Delivering Feedback: You'll provide constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring they leave with a great impression of Vanilla Recruitment, whether they're successful or not.What We're Looking For

Recruitment Know-How: You'll have proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR - ideally in a role involving screening and interviewing applicants.
People Person: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and can easily build rapport with candidates from all walks of life.
Excellent Communicator: Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: You're great at managing multiple applications and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with video interview platforms and other recruitment tools, as well as being a proficient MS Office user.
