We are seeking a skilled Gardener with exceptional horticultural experience to join our team in maintaining and enhancing the gardens and grounds of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end garden horticultural maintenance and a passion for gardening.

Job description:
You will be part of a knowledgeable and friendly team working on an interesting mix of small gardens, courtyards, roof terraces and London gardens with a mix of own build, high profile designer projects and private spaces.
You will be working under the direction of a senior horticulturist with the opportunity to develop the role into a team leader and will. ideally, have a clean drivers licence

Requirements/Duties:
At least 2 years’ experience in gardening – able to perform general garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and planting
Some working knowledge of plants, their requirements and ability to recognise disorders and treat problems
Be able to demonstrate safe use of petrol-driven small machinery and can operate both power tools and hand tools effectively
Be able to maintain the health and appearance of plants by watering, fertilising, and treating for pests
Keep garden areas very clean and organised
Follow instructions from your senior
Customer service skills
Be able to work in a team or unsupervised
Can commit to travelling to the first site in London for a 7.30/7.45am start?

Experience:
Great eye for detail and can work to a high standard
Previous experience in horticulture or garden maintenance is a MUST!
Knowledge of growing techniques and plant care
At least 1 year of experience working in high-end private residential gardens

Pay: Starting at £27,000.00 per year depending on experience
Working Hours: 7.45 am start – finish 4.15 pm with 45-minute paid lunch break
