Responsibilities for the Sales Negotiator

Generating and nurturing leads to drive property sales
Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
Marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media
Accompanying clients on property viewings and negotiations
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients Requirements for the Sales Negotiator

Proven experience in property sales minimum 1 year
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the local market
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
