Engineering Administrator Placement | 12 Week Placement | £12.00 ph

Exciting times … we have an amazing opportunity for an Engineering Administrator to join our award-winning team at Encirc on a 12-week placement.

As the Engineering Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering Department, ensuring efficient project coordination, accurate documentation management, and effective communication to facilitate the successful execution of engineering activities.

The Key Accountabilities

Design and develop an intuitive and user-friendly engineering dashboard using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Ensure the dashboard displays key performance indicators (KPIs), project statuses, resource utilization, and other critical metrics.
Familiarity with computerised maintenance management system desirable
Fully accountable within a defined team for the beverages engineering department
Proactively operate within the lean philosophy ensuring continuous improvements across all areas of business processes are achieved
Fully involved in a self-reliant team, whilst delivering a positive contribution to the business
Develop the skills matrix within the Department The Key Requirements

Lean Processes: understanding of Lean Processes
Technical Ability: capability to extract and manipulate data from systems - retain, develop, and use this knowledge and skill.
Safety Awareness: demonstrate health and safety understanding and compliance.
IT Systems: Excel, PowerBI, CMMS
Minimum GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent
