Production Planner Required!

Salary up to £36,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Production to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Conduct demand planning and labour capacity assessments.
Prepare and organise production paperwork.
Participate in daily shortage meetings with supervisors.
Coordinate effectively with production and purchasing teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on LEAN methodology.
Monitor and report on KPIs for management review.
Foster strong teamwork and communication across all business areas.Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in production planning and capacity planning is essential.
NVQ Level 3 or above (CIPS/APICS) or equivalent.
Proficiency in Excel, including macros/formulas.
Strong analytical, computer, communication, and writing skills.
Solid data management capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills.
SAP experience preferred.
Familiarity with MRP purchasing.This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Studley, Alcester, Droitwich, Alvechurch, Evesham, Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster and Stourbridge.
