Our client based near to Warrington are seeking an Accommodation Foreman to join their busy depot.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing a team of 6 depot based staff and 2 mobile fitters

* Allocating jobs, monitoring productivity and offering support where required.

* Ensuring we are providing quality units to our customers which meet our company Brand Guidelines.

* Monitoring and maintaining stock/spares/consumables and ensuring stock levels are maintained/ordered where required, keeping within depot budget.

* Ensuring housekeeping is instilled as a daily continuous task for all members of the team.

* Managing returning out of service assets back to hireable status.

* Using computer and internal systems.

Essential Criteria

* Supervisor/Foreman experience.

* Organisational skills.

* Good communication skills.

* Process adherence
