ABC Teachers are looking for a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a highly regarded SEND school in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, with immediate starts available.

About the role:

Provide 1:1 support to students with a variety of complex and profound educational needs.
Adapt learning materials and teaching approaches to meet the individual needs of students, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties, including preparing resources and tailoring lesson plans as required.
This is a full-time, ongoing position for the right candidate, starting as soon as possible.

About you: To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role, you must have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience working with children in an SEND setting, particularly those with complex needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
A passion for supporting young people with special needs and helping them thrive.
The ability to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check.
