Business Development Manager – Commercial Finance
Salary: £30k-£45k DOE | OTE £100K+ | Uncapped Commission
Location: Hybrid / Remote (South Yorkshire/ Lincolnshire - based)

Our client is a well-established commercial finance brokerage specialising in tailored funding solutions for SMEs, from asset finance to commercial property finance. Due to continued success, they're expanding and seeking a BDM to drive new business and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage SMEs, converting leads and building long-term relationships
Sell tailored finance solutions, including asset finance, invoice finance, and commercial property finance.
Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to grow your pipeline
Work closely with funders to finalise deal structures and ensure smooth processing What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, asset finance, invoice finance, or commercial property finance.
✔ Strong ability to generate new business & hit targets
✔ Excellent communication & relationship management skills
✔ Knowledge of FCA compliance & finance regulations
