Our client is a supportive and development-focused organisation is looking for a Finance Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within their finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting, with full support for AAT studies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in monthly accounts preparation, reconciliations, and transaction processing.
Support budget holders with financial reporting and queries.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and general ledger entries.
Ideal Candidate

Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Confident communicator with a team-player mindset.
Proficient in Excel and financial systems (training provided).
