Rate of Pay: £16.00 up to £26 + per hour/ Minimum hours: 10

Must have held you HGV1 licence 6 months to a year!

Temporary Contract

Possible Temp to Perm

Contract Length: 12 weeks / ongoing / ad hoc

Hours of Work: Days anytime from 4am to 9am / Nights anytime from 4pm up to 2200pm

Availability Required: Monday – Friday / Ad-Hoc Basis / Weekends

Role and Responsibilities - Class 1 driver, Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1 Refrigeration day drivers:

* Driving Class 1, CAT C+E, HGV1, LGV1 Refrigerated lorries

* Mixture of RDC, Local Depots and Commercial deliveries

* Keeping all paperwork and electronic records updated;

* Maintaining an accurate record of break times according to WTD regulations;

* Adhering to both agencies and client’s regulations and procedures;

Skills and Experience - Class 1 driver, Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1 Refrigeration day drivers:

* Must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license

* Must hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC Card)

* Must hold a Digital Tachograph card

* Must have Experience using Palm couplings

* Must not have more than 6 points on the license

* Must have at least 1 years of experience of HGV1 REFRIGERATED driving

* Must have a good English level (speaking, writing, understanding)

* Must have a good working knowledge of UK motorway road network and WTD regulations
