Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer / Operator

Location: Bradford

Salary: £15 - £17 per hour (Negotiable depending on experience)

XCL Group are working with a growing company who are looking for a skilled CNC Miller who can work on Cabinet machines programming and producing one offs. This company pride themselves on the quality of the products they produce and form strong relationships with their clients and through this are growing and would like a new Miller to help with the increasing workload.

Job Responsibilities:

· Programming the CNC Machines from technical drawings for bespoke products.

· Setting and operating XYZ machines 1020 & 1100 cabinet machines.

· Inspecting products individually and thoroughly to ensure no products are released without 100% inspection.

· Milling a variety of different products for the engineering industry.

· Manufacturing components for the valve and pump industries.

· General housekeeping throughout the workshop.

· Basic maintenance of the machinery and ensuring that all health and safety is adhered to.

Job Requirements:

· Ideally come from a Milling Bias but a Turning could be considered depending on experience.

· Due to the machines on site we would be looking for someone with experience using the XYZ CNC Machines.

· Must have a keen eye for detail and someone who would be very diligent in the quality of work that is produced.

· Own PPE and driving licence would be preferable.

Hours:

· Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm

· Friday 7:30am – 2:30pm

These could be negotiated depending on expectations and experience.

We are looking for someone who has an excellent work ethic and who isn’t going to be the first one out of the door but who would be happy to help out and stay to get the job done. The client would pay an overtime rate of time and a half, double time if required to work past 6pm and Saturday PM / Sunday.
