Job Title: Temporary Production Operatives

About the Role:
First Recruitment Services is excited to offer an opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced production company in Ashington, West Sussex. We are looking for Production Operatives to support our client on a temporary ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

* Lining oven trays to prepare for baking.

* Working on production lines within the production area.

* Packing finished products off the lines with precision.

* Cutting baked goods and ensuring a quality finish.

* Decorating products by hand to meet production standards.

Shift Pattern:

* 4 on / 4 off shifts

* 12-hour shifts, 7am - 7pm

Requirements:

* Must have access to your own transport, as the location is not accessible by public transport.

* A keen eye for detail and accuracy

* Previous experience in a production or factory environment is advantageous but not essential.
