Looking for Mobile Maintenance Plumber role that comes with a van?

We have a brand new opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber, where you will be required to cover various commercial buildings including retail stores, commercial offices and smaller outer buildings based around Middlesbrough working along site 10 other multiskilled engineers on the contract. This is a well known contract and no two days are the same, so if you like a challenge and meeting new people this is a great opportunity for you!

You will be responsible for all building maintenance works across the site including planned/reactive maintenance, including water temperature checks, tap flushing, minor plumbing dealing with leaks and blockages, joinery, fire doors, fixing door handles and locks and any general building services.

The basic salary of this role is up to £32,000 depending on experience, however, the successful candidate will also have plenty of overtime opportunities which can really stack on top of your basic. The working hours are 8am till 5pm with 1 hour lunch, any additional hours including Saturday are paid at x1.5 or x2 on Sunday. With an on call 1 in 5 with £165 standby.
