You ll be responsible for providing practical support to individuals accommodated in various specialist accommodations services.

Delivering face to face, virtual and telephone based support work to help people affected by homelessness to secure positive housing, health and employment and well being outcomes.

Support people by completing comprehensive client assessments, safety planning and key working.

For this role you would require a DBS Check
