Proven track record in procurement project management, demonstrating the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.
Proficiency with procurement software and tools, ensuring seamless project tracking and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, promoting an inclusive environment that values each team member's contributions.
Adaptability to hybrid working arrangements, balancing office presence and remote tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications:

Formal qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a local government or public sector environment.
