Are you an experienced Contract Supervisor looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will lead the hard services of the contract.

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Contract Supervisor to join their growing team, covering a commercial office site in York.

The Role

As the Contract Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

* Responsible for overseeing 4 engineers, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, and building services works.

* This role is 25% off the tools, you will be managing logbooks, issuing permits and RAMS and overseeing sub-contractors.

* Working Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Contract Supervisor, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Knowledge of Facilities Management

* Experience in Supervising a team.

* Strong communication skills.

* Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
