Senior Recruitment Consultant – Kings Hill, Kent

Location: Kings Hill, Kent

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am to 5pm (Full Time)

Salary: £27,500 per annum + OTE £80,000

CTR Engineering are now looking to add to our FM Division with an experienced Senior Recruiter.

Our Canterbury office has grown from strength to strength since launching in 2021. Following our success in Canterbury, we’re excited to expand and open a brand-new office in Kings Hill! We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and lead the charge in this new territory.

What You’ll Need:

* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Facilities Management (FM) sector.

* A passion for building long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

* The drive to be part of something new, helping us grow our Kings Hill office from the ground up.

* A hunger for success, with the skills to develop and manage a team as we expand.
